Myth Asteroids

So. I wanted to make an Asteroids game. Turn the ship, thrust, shoot the rocks. Nice and honest.

Then I added thirty-six sectors, brittle rocks, dense rocks, crystal rocks, volatile rocks, metal rocks, UFOs, drones, satellites, powerups, and a field guide. I guess you could say it got a little spaced out.

The ship wraps around the screen, the rocks split apart, and every sector pushes a little harder. Some rocks pop fast. Some soak up hits. Some make you wish you had turned earlier.

I hope it gives you that old arcade feeling where one clean shot makes the whole screen make sense.
